Has anyone received a mailing from the Settlement Administrator?

Like, any kind of follow-up post the January 18th Court Order finalizing the agreement?

I know someone said 90 days, but I was reviewing the original settlement agreement, and I thought it said 30 days.

I just want to make sure that I'm not the only one who hasn't received anything.

Thanks.

No one has received anything yet. The 19th of this month is when this thing becomes finalized. You should receive something no later than 30 days after that time. This information comes from the lawsuit lawyers and was posted over on Howard Forums.

I haven't received anything about the settlement. But I did get a mailing from VZW to get an early upgrade and $50 off the sale price of any phone. I called Customer Service and they said if I took advantage of the offer it would not affect the settlement.

I took advantage of the offer because I could get the RAZR for $50 after the rebates and other offers. My V710 is dying and I couldnt wait much longer, so I figured I would do this upgrade and just use the settlement to get a newer phone at a later time and keep the razr as a backup.

Here is the link...check to see if you qualify

im pretty sure this voided your settlement offer, double check and tell me if im wrong, but i was told that if you at any point switched out of the 710 using an upgrade you were voided...

No, I am still included in the settlement. The settlement covers anyone who purchased the V710 within a certain timeframe...it did not exclude anyone if they had returned the phone or whatever. Plus, the VZW customer service said it wouldn't void my class action lawsuit. I read most of the document as well and didn't see anything about being voided if you got a new phone.
