Motorola V710

Bought my first phone in november of 2004, and I was included in the class. Obviosuly I dont have the original piece of **** phone I got from the store (I think I am on my 3-4th one.) anyways, I took the 'refund' option, but I have some confusion. I bought this phone wiht a NE2 credit, so do I get the ?149 (249-credit) back? Also then, do I get to re-use the original ne2 credit when I get a new phone? and, if I want to get promo pricing, which I got when I bought the phone does that mean I have to sign another contract? My hope is that they give us full PP (449 or whatever it was for the phone, and tell us to go buy whatever we want at the full PP and just stick in on our exisiting contract and NE2 plan.
