Have you seen their plans. amazing. I am really really thinking about it. Verizon's prices are really startin to piss me off and their selection of phones is not even that great. wtf.. ahhhhhhhhhh dont know what to do.

I have also thought about switching providers. Tmob has a great selection of phones and unbeatable prices. In my area though, the service isnt nearly that of Verizon. Also, I have been a Verizon customer for about 10 years and that gives me some leverage when I go into the store to get a new phone or argue about the bill (because Verizon ALWAYS screws up bills).

Because of my seniority with verizon, its almost impossible to leave unless they get ridiculously more overpriced...

oh yeah, if that pisses you off your really gonna luv this!!are you aware that t-mob charges you from when you hit the send button till you hit the end button. that means even if you reach a busy signal! your being charged. i wonder how many t-mob customers are aware of that little tidbit? so i guess paying a few cents for texting compared to giving up minutes for "busy signals" isn't so bad now is it???

litobirdy,

even though i'm a verizon customer, i once thought about a move to t-mob also. during a conversation with a customer service rep. from t-mob he let it slip out. i couldn't believe what i had heard. i then called back anonymously a few times and lo and behold it turned out to be a fact!! all you have to do is call and ask that specific question. again i'm wondering how many of their customers do u think are aware of this?

well considering 99% of my calls are mobile to mobile, i could give 2 ****s what they charge because theyre included. also, those few seconds don't make a difference since the companies round up your minutes anywho. so that 1 min and 15 sec phone call becomes 2 minutes.

someone mentioned that the signal for T-Mo sucks in there area. I got new for ya. It sucks in every area. I'm as P O'd as anybody at Verizon, but the truth is they have the best signal everywhere. I've been with T-Mo and Cingular and I'll never go back.

I had verizon when I lived in Salem, OR. They were great for coverage, but sukked on customer service. i had moved to medford, or., and behold, no service from verizon. So I switched to Sprint. Digital only. Couldn't go up a hill or down a side road more than 5 miles away from the freeway. Finished my contract and went to T-Mob. They had better reception, but less coverage that Sprint. Could not be happier with T-mob's cust svc, but since I couldn't even receive a call @ my house, had to let them go immediately. Then they billed me a pro-rated rate of $35 for the 2 days I used it. The plan was only $39.99/mo. WTF kind of prorating is that? So, I go to AT&T.Now they want a $500 deposit. My credit was perfect and all they had to say was "no rh...

At least US Cell won't charge your minutes if you have a dropped call or busy signal in the first 45 seconds.

go with cingular they have the best coverage. plus we have rollover, and 52 million customers to talk to free with the unlimited mobile to mobile. i have verizon and cingular and i can have absolutely no service with my pos v710 and have complete full service with my crappy old cingular phone.

i disagree, verizon rules when it comes to coverage(thats about the only thing). and the new moto's have the best reception available. cingular and att coverage is spotty at best.
