Changing the outer display
Anyway to change that boring blue outer display to a decent pic or something a little nicer, can't find anything helpful in the manual.

All you can change is the color of that screen, and the color-change comes with a specific design. The color-scheme is changed when you change the color-scheme of the main screen via
> Settings
> Peronalize
> Color Style
where the color styles are Moto, Silver, Midnight, Jade, Tangy and Solar.

Nope. The only way you can EVER get a different picture is if you use a picture or a gif as part of the caller ID, then that pic/gif shows up when someone calls you. Thing is the quality is so bad you might as well just leave it normal as the normal text is easily readable.
We all pretty much agree they fumbled the ball on that outer screen.
