Anything in the $300 - $499 range is strictly retail. Note how I did not say $299 - $499 but $300 - $499, $299 can still be considered a contract price for a 1 yr but not likely. if you're looking forward to getting it for the least amount of money then you're looking at signing the 2 yr and maybe with a rebate you won't be coming out the pocket with much money. $499 is a NO CONTRACT PRICE not a contract price.
