Replacing broken V710 with E815

Hi. I own the V710 and am pissed off that the E815 came out only a week after I purchased my V710. Is there any way I can "accidentally" break the phone or make it defective, that motorola/verizon will replace it with an E815? I called and complained about some features and they said they would take it in for repair, but I don't want a repair, I want the E815. Any way to trick these crooks?

I do recall Verizon offering a 14 day no questions asked return policy? Why didn't you just take your v710 back then?

You want to "accidentally" break your phone and you call them crooks? 😡
