Option #3 Questions
Now I know these questions might have been answered already on this site, but I couldn't exactly find them myself so please forgive me if they were already asked before.
I am choosing option 3 so that I can get a new phone. I want to get the LG VX9800, but I was wondering if we get a new phone do we have to sign a new contract? If we want a good phone, they are expensive if you don't sign a contract.
I know that nobody wants to sing a contract, but how much are they going to charge us for another phone?

You can pick any phone you want. For certain promo prices, you will need to enter a new contract.

Similar situation - really interested in the 9800 (or a Sidekick II from TMO - but their coverage is spotty at best).
Has anyone had any luck with a store manager getting the refund, rather than waiting for the settlement (and any appeals)?
