I had to get a new v710 and I need to sink up my same wireless ear piece with my new phone, but I lost the directions that came with the ear piece, can anyone post the directions on here. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

press and hold the button on the headset until the light goes solid. in the phone under settings, connections, blue tooth link, hands free, select search for device. It should find it and ask if you want to connect.

did it find any devices. if it did there should be an option to connect, when you tell it to connect it will ask for a pin code it should be 0000. It should then connect after that.

Sory for the delay in responce. Sounds to me like a bad headset or phone. I would take them to a tech to test w/ another beadset and phone and fis it or replace one for you.

The 1st time is always the trickiest

1) goto Menu (center top button)
2)goto Settings
3)goto Connection
4) select Bluetooth
5) Select Handsfree
6) select [Look For Devices]
7) get your bluetooth device ready and press and hold the Malfunction key (the phone/on/off button) till the phone finds the device (I use a Moto HS820)
😎Select your Bluetooth device and select "Bond with *device name*
9)enter 0000 as the passkey

and now you should be connected!... I hope. 🙄
