Gave my V710 back to Verizon --

Last week I traded in a LG 6100 for the V710. I have been a long time subscriber to Verizon, and even though I was initially peeved about them disabling the V710's bluetoothing, I have been very happy with coverage and support. They gave me a full refund for the 710, even though I had already exchanged the LG 6100 - my grounds were they had disabled bluetooth-ing and not told me. The camera was also pretty lame - are any cell phone cameras any good? I'll wait for the new edition to come out (V815).

I just did to for a Audi 9900. Sick of this firmware crap, awful camera, shotty build, annoying keypad, and non-intuitive UI.

Where both of you within your 15 day period? I have had it since August and getting a little irritated about all the problems with the phone. Wondering if i would be able to switch it out with something else. Also this is my third one since August.

Advice greatly appreciated.

I'm within my 15 day period. You might be able to offload it on ebay and pick up another phone.

You only have 30 days to exchange it - you can get a refund during this period if you push the fact that the bluetooth has been disabled - they seem to know about all the complaints and were willing to give me a refund.
