WOW Talk about "SMART" (sarcasm 😛 wink wink). First you didn't even post under the post this comment was directed at. Second the post said "but good luck to him..." meaning the customer not VZW. Third VZW was in the right and you would see why if you read the posts after the original, THE PHONE WAS PURCHASED AT RADIO SHACK. Does Mazda cover a car you bought at Joe's garage, NO that is the responsibility Joe's garage, and VZW is still offering to send him a new one. When will the general public begin to take that thing called a brain and begin to think, instead of complaining about bull s#!+.
