If your doing retail... you'd probably want the 710 so you can show its capabilities to customers. Everywhere i go, if i tell someone i'm a vzw worker, they ask me about my phone. I show them the video's mp3's, and all the cool stuff. IF you just want a good phone and don't care abuot that stuff or the BT function, just get the 9900

i was thinking 710 but the money its 130 less and when i am at work i can wear a 710 like its mine you know but its the best featured phone the company has right now

I've had the samsung 670, lg7000, and now the v710. It's hands down the best phone that i've had for reception. There's a spot in our building where no one else gets service except the v710 phones for some reason...

alot of people in this call center got the 9900 when it was $50 instead of the prices now... I've not heard of any problems with the phone... other than the v710 having more features... thats what i got the phone for, the features...
