Hey all,

Ive had my v710 since it first came out, and I have been very happy with it...however, just the other day, my phone completely stopped working. the screen is dead, it doesnt react when its plugged into the charger, I tried removing the battery to restart it etc...

I know the battery had plenty of juice in it when i first noticed it was dead. it was like 2 hours from fully charged.

so I went to my local verizon store and they couldnt fix it or get it to work, nor did they have the phone in so they couldnt replace it with a new one (since they got recalled)...so my dilemma is, what am I supposed to do about getting a new phone??

is it possible another verizon store may have it in still? i dont care about the tilted came...

they didnt have them in, i went during lunch. they didnt even have a loaner phone to give me until the v710 comes back out ☚ī¸ what am I supposed to do? buy a new/another phone just for a few days? its ridiculous -not to take it out on your sponge 🙂

im just upset. i need my phone for work and now Im screwed. theres no reason they shouldnt be able to open a new phone (cheaper one if they have to) and let me use that for the time being.

😕

There is truly no date. At first, we were told Oct 29th. Now we're told end of Nov.
