I"ve called several Motorola Reps. and none of those idiots know nothing about recall!!!
geez. verizon pulls the phone off the shelves, sends them back to motorola. but they are dumb as DUMB CAN BE. And they keep sayying.. the camera is perfectly fine and i tell them no its not, im holding mine up right now and its tilted like everybody else. But of course they deny and recommened to send it to motorola.. (Yea ok and take 4 years to get back haha)... I just want a solid freaking date of when the fixed ones will come in. ALl i know is the software update for november and she said it will enable you to use mobile phone tools over bluetooth and use your phone as a modem.

You can use the phone as a modem now. But the Bluetooth syncing would be nice, but I doubt it will happen.
As for the camera, yeah, you're dead on. My first v710 was fine...good camera, good ear volume, etc...
I dropped it in a puddle and when I got my new phone via the replacement insurance, sure enough, it's got a tilted camera. So, I too am waiting to find out on yet another replacement.
