Has anyone else found that it is not that easy to get good pictures with this phone? Any suggestions?

I was having some issues as well. I found it a little easier once I set the volume button as a physical camera button. It allows you to hold your hand steadier.

If you go under the settings while in the camera if you click on the cog again it will give you an option of what to do with the volume key. It has you either set it up as the zoom or the camera button.
