Samsung SGH-D415 / SGH-D410
E-Mail Client
I need help with the E-Mail Client feature on my 415 phone. I already setup my screenname/password and all that but I can only send E-Mails. When I go to check mail and select the screenname I want to check the E-Mail from it says "Connecting ... Connected ... Downloading E-Mails 0 percent"
Then it says "server error" and I get disconnected. I called T-Mobile she seemed like she didn't know what I was talking about b/c she thought I was refering to the T-zones "My E-Mail" section. Then I explained again and then she said "Oh that,ummm we don't support that feature" Then I was like ok and hung up. But then I thought how could they not support it but it still sends E-Mails and the E-Mails get recieved. I have AOL. Does anyone get this??? Please Help!!! I really want this feature to work if it can work. Help!!
