a670 vs v710
Big Dilemma - i have a 8900, but vzw has given me clearance to get a new phone; so i heard today august the 710 will be coming out, today i was going to go get the a670 but now will hold off; any opinions on which is better? if i should wait for the 710? i have a mac and bluetooth would be cool, but cant really use bluetooth for much...

hey man, my contract with tmobile expires on the 1st of august. I was wanting to get the samsung a670 too till i herd about the v710. To tell u the truth...if you really care about having quality service and no bug problems...go with the samsung. Motorola's are known for their bugs (self-turn offs, keypad delay, poor reception). My brother is one of the top reps at verizon wireless in NY metro. He has a motorola v60s and he went to the back room of his verizon store where there is poor reception...all the technicians had the samsung a670...hmm why? My brother did a little test at the back...he took his motorola, he took an LG, audiovox and samsung. He held them all together...and wut he saw was : his motorola had one bar cutting off to none,...

yeah i'm in a dilemma too...my contract ends the 26th of July, and I'm not sure if i should just get the A670 or wait the extra 2 weeks without a phone to get the V710 😕

If I could put my two cents worth in, I go through phones like they are disposable (actually I think some are meant to be). I have been with AT&T and I am with Verizon now. I have had nokia, motorola (720, 721 and that piece of crap MPx200) and samsung (530 and now the 670). And I can say without a doubt the quality of the samsung blows the rest away. Like fkajosh1 said all those bells and whistle will burn through the battery like there is no tomorrow, lord knows the MPx200 had them. But at the end of the day, those bells a whistles don't mean anything when your battery dies around lunch. Not to mention was one of the first to get the MP in my area and it was soooooo full of bugs it was scary. I went through four of them in the first...

take my advice...get the a670...in the last 2 years...i had the v60...t720..4400b...vx6000..a530s..and now the 670....and the samsung a670 is very durable and has alright qualities...

you NEVER should get a phone once it comes out...it will be the first time motorola came out with a mega pixel phone and mp3 player..to tell you the truth..it will be FULL of glitches...not to mention BATTERY problems...me being the first to get everything...all the phones i had i was the first to get it...BIG mistake...let the companies learn from their new phone and wait untill they come out with a new 1
