VZW's insurance policy???
Can someone let me know what VZW's insurance policy is. Is it a certain amount per month or what? I really need to get my phone insured this time b/c i lost my old phone and have had a startac for the last year waiting for one of these new phones to come out

Verizon Wireless does not have insurance. They go through a seperate insurance provider but you pay the monthly premium on your verizon wireless bill. depending upon where you live in the country the monthly cost is anywhere from $3.99 - $5.99. Also the insurance company requires a $50.00 deductible if and when you file a claim. Based upon my experience Verizon will not perform the claim in their stores, they will direct you to the insurance company directly. The insurance company sends you a replacement in the mail.
