Samsung SCH-A670
This phone is built like crap!
so i got this phone about a month ago and i was sitting down and it fell out of my pocket and completely broke into two pieces, the top and the bottom. Verizon can't do anything for me so now i am left with no phone because how crappy this phone is made.

If you have the extended warranty, you can get it replaced by Assurion.
However, I have had the same phone for nearly 6 months, and it has been dropped onto sidewalks, floor, desk, road, kicked, water spilled on it, and so far the only thing to have happened is that it got a couple scratches.
I have never heard of this phone breaking like that, or any other cell phone by any other manufacturer, UNLESS the phone was HIT by something while in the pocket OR the phone was placed in the pocket OPENED.
Samsung, Motorola, and LG also have no records of ANY of their phone breaking like this.
Does any one else remember hearing of a phone breaking in the pocket WITHOUT being hit?

I have also never heard anyting about a Samsung phone being broken just like that. Maybe it was open in your pocket and you hit it I don't understand how it could've happened. The a670 is a very durable phone and can withstand a lot.
