Alright ....

I have been able to use the 'T' pause button to bypass entering in my pin number code everytime I check my voice mail.

I have changed my prompt level to the fastest level possible.

And I have changed the number of rings my phone has to 5 rings when someone calls and send it to voicemail, instead of the default 7 rings.

BUT ... I still haven't been able to figure out how to shorten the automative lady of giving you all those instructions before someone can leave a message. "At the tone please leave your message .... when you are finished please hang up .... to leave a call back number press 5 ... arrrgggg won't it stop. 👿

Is there anyway of shorten this?

Press * (that's the star button) anytime during the message. It should go straight to the beep so you can leave a message. I believe it's a Verizon feature, not specific to this phone.
