Rubber Charger Slot Cover

I don't like to have to take off the rubber charger slot cover every time I want to charge this phone. Is it bad if I just leave it off all of the time?

Neither my husband nor I have any kind of "cover" over the charging part of the phone...I don't know what you have, but I'm guessing it was part of the packaging and not part of the phone itself...

I used to take that thing off to charge my phone then replace it everytime when i first got my phone. Eventually i lost it, but I havnt had any problems with it off since. Other people have told me the same thing.
