LG6100 vs. 7000 vs. Samsung 670

Has anybody used all 3? Could you compare? Does the 670 enable voice-activated dialing by pushing an external button? I didn't see a side button to do so at the store? What else is more ideal or less ideal about each phone? I'm not concerned with the bells and whistles. Basically, I want a phone that has a visible display, is comfortable to use for a bigger guy, has voice-activated dialing, a good layout of buttons both internally and externally, and will fit in my pocket well.

The voice activation for a670 is activated by holding down the * key. Then the voice prompts will walk you through the rest...

You can also enable voicedial on the a670 by pressing the answer/end button on a handsfree headset with an ans/end button. I have tested it using a bluetooth headset with non-bluetooth adapter. I have not been able to get anyone to confirm whether or not you can do this same thing with a 6100. If not, I will go with the a670. Right now the only things the 6100 has that I would like over the a670 are WAP 2.0, and a speaker phone, but the ans/end feature will trump either of those.
