No 1-touch mute button???
Is there really no way to re-program the soft keys to 'mute' so you can press just one key to mute the phone while on a call?
Only way I've found to mute a call that's in progress is to press the left soft key, go into the menu, select in-use, then mute.. very bad design from a safety standpoint if you are driving your car.

Then dont use the phone while driving the car.!!! The following is from the manual....
