HTC Droid Incredible 2
The rep activated the phone and downloaded all my contacts (I had been using the backup assistant on the env touch). I also setup my gmail account and made sure my mail and calendar were syncing. The rep wanted to sell me an accessories pack and when I declined he made a point about needing to keep the case and screen flawless if I wanted to be able to return the phone down the road. Note that accessory bundles can be had on eBay for a fraction of the Verizon branded stuff.
There is a $35 restocking fee for return, but no charge for exchange if the phone proves to have a defect. Regarding insurance I opted for the extended warranty (only $2.00 a month). I know this is all standard stuff, but perhaps informative if you're an newbie.
The phone is great - the touchscreen has a good feel and fast response, I was able to easily pair my BT headset and voice dialing over the headset was very accurate (unlike the env touch which is awful).
There's a lot to learn and it will take a while to get a comprehensive understanding of the phone, but the Dinc 2 is already doing more for me than my old phone.
