I purchased a new Gusto from Verizon 2 days ago. The earset jack is dead. The store offered me a replacement, but it turns out it has a dead jack too. The store demo has the same problem. All this with three different earsets that work on two other phones.
Samsung will not send a replacement. They offered to repair my phone but I will have to go without a phone in the meantime. Thanks Samsung.
Any ideas on what to do here?
