I purchased a new Gusto from Verizon 2 days ago. The earset jack is dead. The store offered me a replacement, but it turns out it has a dead jack too. The store demo has the same problem. All this with three different earsets that work on two other phones.
Samsung will not send a replacement. They offered to repair my phone but I will have to go without a phone in the meantime. Thanks Samsung.
I'm having trouble getting my cellbrite to read samsung gustos. It's every handset every time. I have to work three or four times to get it and then some don't operate at all, in which case we BT the contacts over. Does anybody have an easy fix or a working solution to this and has anyone experienced the same problems?
