I received my new LG CLout today.(7/31/10) I will post a full review in a day or two but yes, this phone is a winner!

Here's where to get an LG Clout....

This dealer will send it to you Priority Mail and free if you are eligible for an upgrade. (Heck he sent mine Express Mail, which I thought was cool of him) He is an authorized Verizon dealer in Illinois. I found him through Howard Forums and Ebay.

Contact Paul at Wireless Express (800)531-6041
or e-mail: cell_sells@yahoo.com 24/7

He tells me he's got a ton in stock.

Hi Celway!! That is who I found on E-Bay too, and that is the phone number I have. I will have to call him. I was just telling sfukr, that I found this phone on e-bay, and this is the seller. Thanks for posting the info for others who are looking for this phone. Is it grey and black, and does it have a rubberized backing? Is the keypad lighting white, and is it bright enough? Will wait for your reply. Please let me know how you like it. Hopefully it is built sold. Are the keys rubber or just smooth plastic like on the 8360 which I have now and am upgrading! Thanks much!! 😁

Hey Techfanatic...

Yes indeed, call Paul at that number and you'll have a Clout early next week. He sets it all up for you. Again, it was free for me because I was due for an upgrade or "new every two" so it sounds the same for you....FREE!

As I write this I am still going over the Clout.

Answers to your questions:

- Though not as solid as the 8300, the Clout is well built. Certainly steps ahead of the 8360 and miles ahead of the 8350.
- Yes, it is gray and black. Sharp!!
- The rubberized backing was a great touch. Feels good in the hand. It is black in color but it does feel cheap when you remove it for the battery.
- The backlight on the keys are very bright and more of a blueish-white but good.
- The buttons are much l...

And I sure can't wait to get this phone! Are the buttons rubber or the smooth plastic like the 8360? No biggie, I was just wondering, thanks so much!!! 😁

Hi all,
I found the E-Bay link and supplied celway with the contact in Illinois.
He was looking for info on where to buy this phone over at howard forums and I had orderd one from Paul just before I gave him the info.
I purchased mine at full retail for $200 dollars, no tax and free shipping.
I got mine this morning also, saturday.
I can tell you that signal, reception and call quality is supperb.
Phone is a medium gray colour on the front and the back is black rubberised.
Key pad is rubbery and numbers are huge.
You can change the text size in the menus to 3 different sizes with the side volume keys when the phone is open.
You can take and make calls over speakerphone without opening the phone.
Also, the outside keys lock when y...
