Any Record-a-call apps?

Has anyone found an app that would allow me to automatically record both sides of an incoming phone call? Thanks.

There are apps in the marketplace that claim to do this. I haven't investigated it further; among other things, this isn't legal in most states. (Consent of both parties is required, which means that "automatically recording" would be a no-no)
