Motorola Media Sync

I downloaded Motorola Media Sync and was able to upload my itunes and and other music and videos to the Motorola Desktop, but for some reason I can't get it to upload to my Droid. When I mount and sync the phone it says it's syncing, but none of the 4000 songs and videos actually upload to the Droid. Anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong?

Why dont you download the songs to an SD card, the phone come with 16G card. I did it and I bluetooth it with my stereo in my car, it's awsome.

Does Motorola have a desktop manager...if so, how to access? I thought everything was sync with google account.
