Yes, the VZW one is "gimped" slightly, when compared to the Alltel and Sprint versions, however, it is still a competent device, and is still among the best offerings in the United States for WinMo. You can disable TF3D, and pick up a handy little program called SPB Mobile Shell 3.0, and never look back, wondering what you've "missed".
