My env2 is malfunctioning !

Dealing with the env2 LG.

Okay, today [March 13] my phone started acting out? Uhm, it turned off so I went back to turn it on. So when I turned it back on it did turn on but the Internal and External screen did not. So I can't see anything, and I don't know if my phones malfunctioning or what?

Facts:
**I have dropped my phone, but not severely.
**I have a phone cover, which affects my phone?

Your enV² is clearly malfunctioning. I've had mine (and my wife has had her's) since April 2008 and we've never experienced such behavior.

I believe that your having dropped your phone is clearly the cause of your problem. Sounds like something may have broken loose internally. Have a technician look at it at your local Verizon store.
