NO AUTO FOCUS????
i just ordered my phone today, heard alot of great things about this phone, but no auto focus?? is this true??

It is a TELEPHONE with a fixed-focus lens for occasional snapshots. There are lots of dedicated digital cameras with fixed-focus lenses. Just about any one of them will take a better picture than any cellular phone, even if the phone's camera has auto focus capability.

My gf has the original enV and I've got enV2. We were taking pictures of our geckos and her phone was mopping the floor with mine. That auto focus is really a spectacular thing for up close shots. Mine came out good at distances over 2-3 feet, but when you try to get a close shot of something picture quality degrades quickly.
I do have to say I'm rather disappointed with the lack of this feature the longer I own this phone.
And whoever said to just use a regular camera... well then logically we should just get rid of all cell phone cameras then... get over yourself.
