Ok, so I asked if the cutting out noise was just me or it was the phone. - Now that we are pretty certain that its the phone, do you think its with everyone of them or its specific to my handset??

Also, does anyone know if the non exisistant vibration will be able to be fixed with a software upgrade??

Just trying to figure out if I should return this phone & exchange for another Lg Env2.

Your help is appreciated...

Why bother asking (re: a cut-out) "do you think its with everyone of them or its specific to my handset??" Just try out another phone (perhaps the display unit) at your local store. I surely haven't experienced what you've described.

I don't understand your "non exisistant vibration" question. My enV² vibrates fine while in my clip-on belt holster. Again, just try out another phone in the store.

YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND MY VIBRATION QUESTION?? - IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PHONE, YOU CAN HARDLY FEEL THE VIBRATION MODE. - EVEN IN A QUIET ROOM YOU COULDN'T HEAR THE PHONE RINGING WHEN ON VIBRATE.

HOPEFULLY I HAVE EXPLAINED IT IN SUCH A WAY THAT EVEN YOU CAN UNDERSTAND IT...

IF YOUR IQ WAS 10 PTS. HIGHER - YOU WOULD BE MONGOLOID!! - WHAT A TOOL..

Mlrub1,

I suggest that you either get a clue and stop behaving like a six year old, or just get another phone. If you don't like it, don't keep it. Screaming in capital letters and calling people names won't accomplish anything other than illustrating immaturity and ignorance.

I have not experienced any cutting-out with my phone but I too hope they can "fix" the vibrating with a software patch. It's useless as it is now. Other than that I love the phone.

I agree on both of these issues. I myself am wondering if I should return my phone. The phone cuts out or while on calls and the vibrate is so quiet that even in a silent room if the phone is not near you then you would miss a call. I work in an office and cannot have the ringer on, but if I relied on the vibrate feature on this phone I would miss every call.

So no it is not just your phone!

Why would you want the vibrate to be audible? Isn't the point of vibrate for only you to be notified of a call/message and not others? If you want to be able to hear your phone, then turn the ringer on.

Ok, I understand the concept of wanting to hear your phone & using the ringer. HOWEVER, if you know anything about this phone the vibration might as well not even be an option on the phone. - It is so weak, that you have no idea your phone is even ringing. You can be in a completely silent room, and unless the phone is right near you, you're not going to hear it.
