Using camera and phone shutting off
When i take a picture and press ok to send in a pic message...i get an "error" or the whole phone shuts off! 👿

Hey. Is it turning off when you go to enter text to your pic message? This is a common software screw up with a few different LGs.

Typically, it'll work the first time but the second one messes up.
Unfortunately, if this is the same problem, a new phone won't fix it. Check back with your store on a software upgrade in a few weeks.

thanks! its when i have taken a pic then clicked to send...it then shuts off...i figured it was a software problem...and getting a new phone would not fix it.....

Have similar problem.Take pic, push send and get "invalid object". Phone will save pic to gallery but not send. THIS ONLY HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE SAVING OPTIONS TO save to card. If you save to phone memory there is no problem. 2 phones, 3 cards later, calls to LG and Verizon store and teck support-conclusion- return phone...sigh... I guess LG env2 is too new- some bad batches out there. My friend has no problem with his env2. Here is the funny part, as I was on the phone with the tech from Verizon she wanted me to experiment and while I was reading this post my phone re-booted just like in this post! Twilight zone!!!!!!
I can still send the pic from the gallery after it's saved but I shouldn't have to do that.
