External screen stay on or go blank?
Can someone please tell me if the external screen stays illuminated all the time or does it go blank after a few seconds?

mine doesnt seem to stay on long, unless I am charging it, then it stays on till taken off charger. I have noticed it staying on some with certain missed calls...or text mess alert, but other times it doesnt stay on to help alert me...and doesn/t seem to have an alert beep to remind or alert to missed call, just an alert for a tm 😕

It shuts off after a certain amount of time, which you can change in the phone's settings. You can turn it back on by pressing any of the external buttons while the phone is closed, though.
