It's a fine line with a difference like this. We try to be consistent, but there is a small gray area where we could go either way.
In this case, I felt Bluetooth was a major enough feature to warrant a separate entry. If someone does a Phone Finder search for phones with Bluetooth, they should get the C3b but not the C3 / C300.
Plus, we already combined the C300 and C3, which had the feature difference of changeable faceplates. The difference between the C300 and C3b was therefore multiple features, hence the definite need for a separate entry.
The external display on the ic502 is a less important feature than Bluetooth, IMO, so I ended up deciding to do one entry. However, that is an example of one where I could have gone either way.
