New iphone restrictions

Starting thursday apple will restrict iphone purchases to max 2 per person and will not accept cash. Supposedly to stop unlocking/reselling. Why the cash restriction i wonder

Thats interesting - They probably dont want to accept cash for it so they can tie the transaction ID with phone serial number and the person. This way if there are a few people that know how to unlock phones, they cant just keep coming and buying, then reselling the unlocked phone.

This way they can track whos doing what

So they can track the device and match it with your credit card so they know who to go after....

Everyone wants the Iphone, but its locked only to one Carrier. Should this end up in court as an Anti-trust suit?? Or maybe Apple should come out with a generic version of it to use on any Gsm Carrier to avoid that.
