I am a business customer and I have the iPhone. The difference is that Business customers will not get their business discount.

A buisness account does get a discount with such reasons as a "FAN, *foundation account number*", or a TAX ID.... but if you "DON'T" have one of either like you... then,, well sweetie... you're more than likley NOT a buisness account and labeled as a consumer/individual account.

Each FAN account is associated with the company that you work for, though not all accounts get the same discount. Each company get's a different amount for discounts. My cousin get's 20 for her handsets and bill, I get 45 for handsets and 20 for bill.

Well she isnt lying, I do have a FAN account, and I have a Iphone. I just dont recieve my 25% discount anymore. This phone is so great i really dont care or miss the money! So stop being a Jack Ass and get your information correct.

hey there buddy.... if you're not recieving your FAN anymore.. then you're not buis either. I am a floor manager for AT&T wireless and have my information very clear and accurate. When you tried to access your information to add the iphone you recieved an error that your account was not qualified for the device or that your plan was not compatible.. then you called cust care.. then were transferred to the National Buisness Ordering dept. or BMG... another buis acct. if you're not recieving anymore discounts... you're a consumer account... Glad to help
