Existing Customers with the iPhone with Activation Problems

Some customers are having problems with their iPhone Activation, here is some help.

1. The activation process doesn't always remove the existing data plan, so you might have to call in and have them remove the old data plan.

2. If you have a foundation account, you might need them to remove the foundation bonuses, before the activation can move forward.

I called in and did this and my phone was activated in two and 1/2 hours. The only problem was I had to reset my voicemail.
