Why not wait?
If you can try to remember back to the first Ipod. It was a revolutionary product. But now look at how far it has come. They have color video pictures games and much much more. The iphone sounds and looks to be a great product yet missing many key features. No video recording? No voice memo? Only touch screen? No 3G? Battery switches at last minute? A youtube app? No memory card slot? No flash? This is all in the works already for the second version without even the release of the 1st. For me it will be hard to see everyone else with the iphone but I think I can hold off for a bit save my $500 bucks and wait for the second edition I mean after all look how far the Ipod came along. To sum it up Apple is making its first debut in the cell worl...

This is exactly what I am telling people. This is no doubt the dopest phone to come out but its electronic technology. Their is always a problem with the first edition (ps3, 360, razr) So for the amount of money at least wait to see what the bugs are after the first release.

Would have it been more expensive to release the Iphone with all the features you say are missing from it? $499 for 4 gigs right now but would the price have been more if you were to add to it.

Well if you look at it this way why does it amount to $500 if its missing them it should be $500 with em all. The brand name Apple is throwing the price up. The features should already be there I mean there practically standard on most others. The price should be $400-500 with all the features.
