Why no 3G?
You would think that the most hyped phone ever would at least have 3G capabilities. And why no GPS either?

the edge network has allot more coverage, cingular 3g still needs work, it makes sense

doesn't make sense when you can build a phone with 3g to fall back on edge. i guess apple couldn't figure that one out.

Well going that route it doesnt make sense for any of it to matter when you have wifi....who cares about 3g...Ill take my 6 mbps over that any day...

Wifi on phones suck. The range is ****ty and sucks battery like no other. edge is slow and ****ty and most major cities have 3G coverage.

And what do you do when the wifi isn't available or they want to charge to use it? I'd rather have 3 hsdpa, I'm sure that will be coming.

Jobs even said in an interview I saw on line he plans to ad this feature down the road and also make the phone less expensive
