from what I understand in the forums that you can send them to your yahoo email in mmf format. then open the email from your phone and save them as ringers. I haven't had a chance to try this yet. BUT that's what I've found so far. ALSO on a phone similar to this one I was told that if you hook it up to a data cable it has active sync. you just drag and drop. not sure if you can use it as a mp3 format then or mmf but... that's what I've found out so far.
