Ring Time
Hello,
Does anyone have a tip on how to increase the length of time your phone rings because it's almost like you have to have the thing in your hand to have even the smallest chance of answering it. And it's no better when it's in the default case T-Mobile sends with it. I know that buying another carrying case will solve that issue but please help me, if there is any help with the length of ring tone time.

Ring time is something that customer care must handle for you. I work for ATT cust care and we have a program that allows us to adjust the ring time on any one's account. So call cust care and ask if they can make the ring time longer for you. I have the wing and it almost seems like mine rings for too long, and I haven't found a way on the phone to adjust it. Pretty sure care has to help with that one.
