Yes. Moto Phone Tools v4.51c does NOT contain the Maxx Ve profile!! i.e. the detect.inf no longer lists Maxx Ve. It is there in v4.36c, but GONE in v4.51c!!! DO NOT UPGRADE TO v4.51C
