Samsung SCH-U520

when you go to set up your email, it gives you a list of what servers it works with. It hotmail is not listed where you can select it, then no, it cannot be used with hotmail. I got very lucky that my phone works with my email which is through earthlink, but it was on the list, and all i had to do was select it, supply my email address and password and was up in seconds. i don't recall seeing hotmail on the list. sorry
