Since no one has replied, I'll try to help.
1. You can get a USB adaptor from Samsung that will enable you to transfer files from the card.
Check samsung.com/wireless and click on accessories.
2. A-Data makes some nice cards that come with a Micro SD USB reader. Check Newegg.com for details.
3. Many card manufacturers sell cards with a full size SD adaptor you can plug in a standard card reader.
