Trouble Connecting Phone to PC

I have been unable connect my phone to the computer via Nokia PC Suite. It just keeps running and does nothing. I am trying to connect through USB.
Is anyone else havng problems connecting?

I must have a bad USB cable. It paired and connected immediately with a Bluetooth dongle. 😎 😁
