What phone do you have? my 8000 dont have Verizon banner like the 6000 had. I dont even get the digital icon which iam going to call LG and find out why unless someone else knows.

IN response to what you said about not caring about my problems,that wasn't the case. The idiot i talked to couldn't answer any of my questions about pics . Didn't know a damn thing about pic settings and what they were used for.Pissed me off,she told me to just stand still when i am taking pics,i hung up on her.

Message Recipt Failed?????
I am getting this error when I am trying to send myself a ringer that I made. I am changing the ringer to .mid, 64 kbps stereo, and making sure that the file is no larger than 250k. Every time that I try it gives me the message receipt failure. I send it to a 7000 and it works fine. I need help, this problem is starting to p**s me off. This phone is supposed to be the greatest, but my girlfriends 7000 can receive the ringers and this phone can not. Do I need a new phone? or a software update? Help Please ☹️ ☹️ ☹️ 😢 😢

I just got my USB cable through Ebay but the drivers on the CD that came with the cable does not work. Is there anywhere I can easily download the driver for my LG VX-8000.

using qspt to transef games to your phone
i just received a data cable and a cd filled with games and midis for the phone. my question is can or how do u transfer games to the phone using qspt. i am kinda new to this and i figured out how to do ringers and wallpaper, but was wondering if any of you knew how to transfer games. by the way i have the 7k.

checking call logs from the front keys
I can't find this anywhere in the users manual. Can the front keys (rw/play/ff) be utilized with the phone closed to check call logs and make calls?

I’m reading too many flaws, is the VX 8000 worth getting?
I'm hearing too may flaws with the vx 8000. such as message receipt error, screen blacking out when charging, and phone resetting it self. I really want this phone and I would like to hear from people who are not having any problem with there phone.

Vcast takes over 45 seconds to load!
Anyone else notice this?
over 45 seconds till you get the vcast home screen.
I am in Manhattan. I could be wrong but when I first got the phone it seemed to load quicker.

Have anyone used both the VX-8000 and the Audiovox CDM-9900?
I would be interested to see some comments from someone with hands on experience with both the VX-8000 and the Audiovox CDM-9900. All things considered what do you think about both of these phones. I waited for both, and got the 9900. Short lived as it was I'm not sorry, but my curiosity about the LG VX-8000 will not go away?

My 8000 is turning off by it's self???
Has anyone else had this happen? Mine has done it twice. Plenty of battery charge left (3 bars), plenty of signal, it just turns off and stays off. I don't even know when it does it until I check it 😡

video for wall paper??
Hi I was just wondering for anyone that has the lg 8000. when you record a video can you also save it for your wallpaper like on the samsung a670 or not and if anyone could tell me if you can do this for the samsung a 890? I think thats a cool feature I have the lg 7000 its a great phone except for no speaker phone and no video for wallpaper any help would greatly be appreciated thanks.. 🙂
