Ive read reviews that the phone will only sort contacts by the speed dial number. Does anyone know how to make it sort Alphabetically?

No...this phone sorts by speed dial and name (by 1st letter entered). When go into contacts, it asks you how you want to view the list...

This phone sorts contacts by speed dial #, alphabetical entry, or by group. The default is always alphabetical but you can temporarily change the sort.
