suncom ( at&t affiliate) has had this phone for quite a while

maybe at&t doesnt want this phone anymore. lately suncom has been getting phones before at&t. they have also had the v400 for a while.

Worst

This could be one of the worst phones ever. The only plus on it, is the fact that the service detection is good. Besides that, all else is a downfall, as is the older models of the same phone. The battery life lies, it is nearly 1 1/2 hrs. if you are so lucky. If you must get this phone, buy the extended battery, and keep an extra one handy. Also, the fact that AT&T is using it, tells you that the phone is bad. It has bugs, and always will. AT&T has the most dropped calls ever, I switched to VZW, much happier, only dropped one call, and I had enough trouble connecting with one bar. Switch to VZW, they take forever to put out phones, but the ones they do, are worth the wait.

Synopsis: AT&T is bad, this phone is very bad on batte...

only...

i think the only problem with this model is that the send and end bottons are in different from EVERY other phone i have owned and it needs more chords in the polyphonics. it had an improved display now(more colors). and knowing motorola it will be at a price that no one would pay for this phone ($300 maybe?)
