Freaking amazing.
You can set it to be the default caller for your phone, meaning that if you call out, it will use your GV number instead of your actual phone number. Or you can, like me, set it to use Google Voice whenever you dial an international number.
Haven't used GV for texting much, but I'm starting to look into it a bit more.
Google Voice works much better on my droid than it ever did on my tour.

I have a question about this. If someone calls your google voice phone number from another Verizon wireless phone, does the call go to your free verizon to verizon tally or will the caller be charged minutes for calling an outside phone?

If they call on your google voice number, it will count as normal minutes, not Mobile to Mobile.
